Guild Rules & Expectations

Our Foundation

Be respectful — or be gone.

Different opinions are welcome. We encourage discussion, growth, and learning — always with respect and maturity.

Discord

  • ✔ Discord is required for guild information, events, and updates
  • ✔ Voice chat is required during events for mechanic callouts
  • ✔ For accessibility needs, text support (Scriply) may be used

Event Participation

  • ✔ Arrive in Discord + ESO 10–15 minutes before event start
  • ✔ Be prepared with gear, food, and potions
  • ✔ Remove sign-up or notify if you cannot attend

Real life comes first — communication and respect for others’ time is what matters.

Repeated no-shows may result in temporary sign-up restrictions.

Guild Activity

We are a no-dues guild, but we expect members to remain active and engaged.

  • ✔ Participate in events
  • ✔ Engage in Discord or guild chat
  • ✔ Support the guild through contributions
  • ✔ Help other members

However you participate, just show that you're part of the community.

Leadership & Structure

Guild Mistress sets direction and final decisions.

Officers manage events, operations, and support.

All decisions are made in the best interest of the guild.

Titles are responsibilities — not privileges.

Membership & Growth

We are a teaching guild — growth is expected for both yourself and others.

  • ✔ Participate in events
  • ✔ Support fellow members
  • ✔ Share knowledge
  • ✔ Stay active

Strong members build stronger teams.

Guild Systems & Rewards

Master Trader Award

These systems support the guild while giving back.

Officer Conduct

  • ✔ Act in the guild’s best interest
  • ✔ Maintain respectful communication
  • ✔ Avoid favoritism and drama
  • ✔ Support members
  • ✔Officers are here to support — not control.

Note

Our goal is a welcoming, structured, drama-free environment.

These rules have helped shape our guild over the years.

As we grow, we may revisit and refine them to better support our members.
